The VISE Board is based on dual board architecture with the Nano SOM comprising of the SoC, PoP Memory, Flash memory and Wireless interfaces and a Carrier module that provides the Display and all other Interfaces. The VISE Board is an ideal platform to kick-start design and development of products like wearable computers, biometric devices, security and personal cameras, medical electronic devices and other smart gadgets requiring small footprint and high processing power. Product developers can use the VISE Board to customize their solution and can re-use the Nano SOM , which is based on high technology micro BGA architecture and PoP assembly, in their end product design. They just need to redesign the interface board and plug-in the Nano SOM to bring out their custom hardware.

The Nano SOM from Mistral is an extremely small footprint (44mm * 26 mm) System-on-Module; weighing just 7gms; which can be used directly in your end product design. The Nano SOM is designed using a micro-BGA (0.4mm Pitch 12mm x 12mm) i.MX6Q/D SoC using PoP (Package on Package) memory assembly to ensure compact package. The NanoSOM is ideal for wearable, drones, biometrics, cameras and medical applications.
